Dear HDF Supporter,

Thank you for all your help. I really like the tutors coming to school and helping us with writing, math word problems, and reading. Ms. Vanessa is my tutor. She makes learning fun. She also helped me with my Preuss Application and I'm proud to say I will be attending Preuss for 6th grade. Tutors are like family because they help me solve my problems and they are trustworthy.

I appreciate taking trips to the bookstore to buy new books for me to read. Getting new books helps me with my reading comprehension and gives me new things to learn. There's this game called "Metaforms", it's a game where you have to find the missing pieces and put them in the precise box. Thank you for this game, it helps me with logic.

My mother appreciates Parents' PLACE because it keeps her informed about my progress in school. My mom knows very little English and she feels that the Parents' PLACE meetings help her reading and writing in english.

Thank you for all your help. I'm in 5th grade and I love reading. I'm really glad I received books. I'm also glad I got Ms. Elise for a tutor because if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be able to go to Preuss. She helped me with my application for Preuss. She helped me with math word problems, writing, and vocab. Thank you for giving my teacher extra money. He bought my favorite game, "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader".
